Taiwanese tea leaves 15 g
Hot water 600 ml
Tea Preparation Method
Weigh the tea leaves and place them into a pitcher.
Measure the hot water and pour it into the prepared pitcher.
Cover and steep for 1 minute.
Once the time is up, strain the tea using a cloth tea filter.
Bubble Milk Tea Ingredients
Fresh milk 90 ml
Syrup 20 ml
Taiwanese tea 90 ml
Ice (as desired)
TEA Brand tapioca pearls (as desired)
Bubble Milk Tea Method
Add fresh milk, syrup, and Taiwanese tea into a serving glass.
Stir until well combined.
Add ice as desired.
Top with tapioca pearls as preferred.
