Recipe — coconut jelly milk

• Fresh milk 220 ml + coconut syrup 15 ml + coconut jelly
• Stir the milk and syrup together, fill with ice, pour, and spoon the jelly over

Storage

• Unopened: room temperature, out of sunlight, until the date on the pack
• Once opened: sealed container in the fridge, 7–14 days, up to a month depending on temperature
• Shelf life 12 months from production
