How to whip it

• Per cup: powder 50 g : cold water or milk 80 ml — or a full batch of 200 g : 300 ml
• Whisk by hand or with a milk frother for 2–3 minutes until the foam is smooth
• Use immediately, or refrigerate the whipped cheese for up to 2 days

• Unopened powder keeps up to a year; keep it dry and sealed
