Recipe — brown sugar grass jelly milk

• Brown sugar syrup 20 ml + evaporated milk 100 ml + grass jelly 25 g + ice + brown sugar to finish
• Line the glass with brown sugar syrup, pour in half the milk
• Spoon the grass jelly in, top with the rest of the milk and dust with brown sugar

Storage

• Unopened: room temperature out of sunlight, until the date on the label
• Once opened: refrigerated, 7–14 days, up to a month depending on temperature
• Shelf life 8 months from production
