• Carrageenan jelly, Thai tea flavoured, cut in bite-size cubes
• Deep orange-brown, the colour of brewed Thai tea

Recipe — Thai milk tea with jelly (16 oz)

• Thai tea powder 15 g + hot water 120 ml + evaporated milk 45 ml + condensed milk 30 ml + ice + jelly
• Dissolve the tea powder in hot water and rest 5 minutes
• Stir in both milks, pour over ice and spoon the jelly on top

Storage

• Unopened: room temperature, out of sunlight, until the date on the pack
• Once opened: sealed container in the fridge, 7–14 days, up to a month depending on temperature
• Shelf life 12 months from production
